New import taxes of 15% (plus handling fee) which is about $10 to $12 will be requested by the delivery service on behalf of the US government for all orders to the United States before they deliver. Smaller items are also taking a lot longer to arrive with the post office, heavy orders with a shipping cost of over 35€ will be sent with UPS which is much faster.If you decide not to pay this charge, it will be returned, and the return fee (if charged by the delivery agent) and postage fee will be removed from your refund.
